Girl’s Home in Ryazan, Russia

ROR funds and oversees a Girls Home in Ryazan, Russia.  Located 120 miles southeast of Moscow, Ryazan has a population of over half a million people.  The home provides food and shelter to recent “graduates” of the local orphanage.

The house mother is Arina, an orphan herself.  She provides everyday guidance and education on basic life skills, such as cooking, housekeeping and personal hygiene.    More importantly, she provides a positive role model for healthy, Christian living.

During their stay in the apartment, orphans receive employment training in trade schools provided by the government.
